Ouxion ha llevado a cabo la reforma integral de las instalaciones de JUMP YARD, empresa sueca de implantación europea en el negocio del ocio & entertainment en su desembarco en la península. En este caso la actuación, de unos 3000 m2, en la que previamente efectuamos trabajos de aislamiento térmico sobre la cubierta existente mediante la aplicación del sistema DANOSA DANOPOL multicapa, ha consistido en la renovación del equipamiento, de las instalaciones, y del mobiliario, así como la incorporación de la nueva imagen corporativa, tanto interior como exterior.
Asimismo, se ha realizado un refuerzo estructural preventivo para asumir las cargas dinámicas de su actividad estrella, el ZIPZAG, una tirolina interior única en España. El centro, apto para todas las edades y grupos, cuenta además con escalada, jumping, mini futbol, salas de celebración de fiestas y aniversarios, núcleos de aseos en 3 plantas, salas de espera y zona de restauración.
Esto ha sido posible gracias a la aplicación de la metodología Lean, con lo que se consiguió una planificación efectiva y detallada de la obra, cumplir plazos establecidos, ayudar y mejorar el trabajo y la coordinación entre todos los intervinientes en el proyecto.
