OUXION completed the complete renovation of the Tezenis store in a timeframe of four weeks. The store is located in the La Vital shopping center.
As a construction company specializing in retail and focused on delivering customer value, we applied our LEAN principles, achieving effective and detailed project planning, meeting established deadlines, and supporting and improving work and coordination among all project stakeholders.
The spaces and fire departments were redistributed, and the drywall and false ceilings were built from scratch, along with surface painting, signage and finishes, decorative lighting, and all electrical, fire, security, and CCTV installations. All furniture was also installed.
